Atyab Baklava
Project
A compact gifting film pairing pistachio baklava, a branded box, and Arabic coffee in one refined serving ritual.
Challenge
Baklava is familiar, so the film needed to make Atyab’s product feel distinctive in only a few seconds—showing the pastry’s layered texture, the branded presentation, and the hospitality ritual around it without overcrowding the frame.
Creative idea
Turn opening the box into a complete serving moment.
A piece is selected, Arabic coffee is poured, the baklava is revealed in close detail, and the film resolves in an overhead composition that connects product, packaging, and ritual.
Art direction
Atyab’s warm orange packaging, pistachio green, cream wardrobe, white surfaces, a hammered brass dallah, and a blue-and-gold finjan create a clean gifting world with a recognizably Gulf hospitality cue.
Production approach
The nine-second vertical edit moves through box reveal, coffee ritual, pastry texture, and final branded tableau. Precise close-ups and restrained movement keep the product legible while giving the short film a premium rhythm.
