How The Top Frame's Video Production Process Works

The Top Frame follows a four-step production process — Frame Brief, Alignment, Payment, and Production — built so clients see the actual creative direction before paying for anything.

Step one is the Frame Brief: a written concept, script outline, and moodboard, delivered at no charge within 1-2 working days. This is where the idea takes shape before any commitment is made.

Step two is Alignment: the client reviews the brief, and the direction and tone are refined together until it's right. Nothing moves to production until this is settled.

Step three is Payment. This happens only once the direction is approved — the client sees the concept before paying for it, not after.

Step four is Production: full production takes 7 working days and includes one revision round, so the final result can be adjusted before delivery.

Beyond client work, The Top Frame's portfolio also includes unsolicited concept work — pieces created without a client brief, purely to explore an idea or a brand's potential. These are labeled clearly wherever they appear.
